FRADE store opening procedure commencing January 4th 2021
We hope you all had a lovely Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Unfortunately, during the festive period Teesside and surrounding areas were placed in the highest tier rating which currently sits at Tier 4.
Our stores will not be open to the public on the 4th as previously set out.
We will however default back to operating by appointment only, so if you are in desperate need of what we consider to be essential items, which are: - Chest of Drawers Wardrobes Tables and Chairs Beds Sofas/Suites. Please call you store on the relevant number and someone will be able to assist you.
To meet the demands of essential items and supplies for the local authorities we will be carrying out collections as normal with some limitations to how we can safely collect your donations.
All donations must be put outside on the day of collection we can also collect from garages if you have one. If you are physically unable to put the items outside yourself and are disabled or elderly speak to us about the options, we have available for you.
If you are in the “HIGH RISK” group, we would recommend that you don’t invite us to collect donations from you until it is safer to do so.
Any collections already booked for the week commencing the 4th will be honored as previously agreed, however we may need to change the agreed AM/PM slot previously allocated to you. Rest assured a member of the team will be in touch to discuss this further. We kindly ask that you be patient with us during this time as we expect to be extremely busy.
Thank you for you continued support during this time and we look forward to welcoming you back as soon as it is safe to do so.
