This is our favorite time of year, the time of year where we get to say a massive THANK YOU to all the volunteers that donate their time to support our cause.
FRADE has been supporting our community since 1990, a lot has changed since then however our core aims still remain.
The volunteers we’re talking about are the FRADE trustees, a small unpaid group of professionals in various different occupations who dedicate their free time to ensure the continuity of FRADE.
All of our Board of Directors are volunteers who keep the Charity governance and financial stable, our volunteers play a huge role in delivering our services across the Tees Valley.
We simply could not support our community if it wasn’t for the hard work and determination of our volunteers.
They understand the harsh realities of poverty, they themselves have seen the effects of poverty within their own families from time to time.
By reducing poverty little by little we will combat furniture poverty in our community and not only this we will do it together.
People who volunteer for us partake in many areas of the charity’s operation and all of which play a vital role in the service we provide, our volunteer roles consist of: -
Whatever role our Volunteers chooses to do, they are very much appreciated and we care very much for them and their well-being and we endeavour to always support them as they do us.
To celebrate these wonderful and charitable volunteers, we’ve treated our volunteers to Domino’s Pizza and coke.
This year we’d also like to say a huge thank you to our silent volunteers, the ones you don’t see on the front line but our volunteers are the driving force behind all FRADE operations and all services we provide.
We are a community organisation, setup for the community ran by the community!
